1. Two ways to send PDF file to "PDF to HTML" app for converting.
a. With the "Open In.." feature, you can send PDF file to "PDF to HTML" app from "Mail", "Adobe Reader" or "GoodReader" app on your iPad easily.
b. Connected iPad to computer, You can transfer PDF file over USB using iTunes File Sharing too.

2. Selecting & Copying to convert PDF file to HTML format.
   2.1. Touch the "Documents" folder button to show PDF file on the bottom-right.
   2.2. Select the PDF file which you want to convert to HTML.
   2.3. Touch and hold to select the PDFs content, then copy to clipboard.
   2.4. Press "Convert" button to convert to HTML format file.
2.5. The converted HTML and Image files would be saved in "Documents" folder too.

The HTML files could be sent as email attachment or transfer to computer for later use, and the extracted Image files could be saved into camera album and share with other apps.
